Local Red Cross Volunteer to Support our Soldiers in Kuwait
  

The American Red Cross, San Antonio Area Chapter is pleased to announce that a volunteer with our local Chapter, Natalie Lopez Holbrook, will deploy to  Kuwait on March 20 to work at the Armed Forces Office as part of their Mobile Staff Team. During her 4 month tour of duty, she will deliver around the clock services to active military personnel and their families.  The American Red Cross has 4 offices overseas serving the military in Afghanistan, Iraq and Kuwait.   On March 7, she will begin training before her deployment.

“It is an honor and privilege to serve the Armed Forces through the American Red Cross.” Natalie said.  “The Red Cross was founded on the battlefield and is still meeting that mission today by serving our soldiers and their families throughout the world in their time of need. “ 

In San Antonio, Natalie volunteers with the Service to the Armed Forces.  Previously, she was on staff with the British Red Cross in East Anglia, Norwich and served as the Field Office Coordinator for the Red Cross at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany.
